triple walled stainless steel burner that has undergone extensive testing and received the most stringent certification for safety and reliability.
About Buschbeck Bio-Ethanol Fireplaces
Bio-Ethanol Fireplaces, sometimes referred to as bio-fuel, are advantageous over “traditional” fire sources not only for their contemporary fireplace design and ability to compliment today’s modern living room furniture but also due to the fact that a bio-ethanol fireplace is easy to install, clean and saves you money. Use of a bio-ethanol fireplace will not increase utility bills like electric fireplaces, requires no venting like many gas fireplaces and most importantly does not release pollutants into the environment like wood burning fireplaces. The fuel used is bio-ethanol which is a wholly renewable source of energy that is made from agricultural products such as sugar, potatoes, beetroot, and corn, to name a few. The only emissions produced from burning this type of fuel are heat, water vapor (steam), and low levels of carbon dioxide (an amount similar to a person breathing). As more incentives for “green” alternatives are now available in the United States the purchase and use of eco-friendly products such as bio-ethanol fireplaces and fireplace inserts promotes a healthy lifestyle and assists in reducing our carbon footprint.
The Cincinnati Fireplace features a 1.5 liter fuel chamber that will provide up to four hours of flame when using a high quality bio-ethanol fuel. The burner unit is housed in the steel fireplace base from which the glass panels are securely inserted. The overall fireplace dimensions of 29 ½”L x 11 ¾”W x 17 ¾”H provide stability which allows placement of the fire place on wood, marble, ceramic or carpeted flooring.
About The Materials
The base of the Cincinnati is constructed of high quality steel with a powder-coated finish. The powder coating process involves application of the finish which is then baked on to the steel using extremely hot temperatures. This baked on powder coated finish is extremely durable, long lasting and easy to clean by simply wiping with a soft damp cloth from time to time.
The glass panels of the Cincinnati are high tempered ESG Certified Safety Glass. The certification of the glass was achieved through assessing the passive fire protection of the glass under stringent quality and technical requirements by Certifire.
The firebox (burner) of the Cincinnati Fireplaces are leading the way, worldwide, in terms of safety and design integrity with such features as triple steel wall construction for protection against leakage, even if punctured, and overflow protection to eliminate the possibility of extra fuel forming in pockets around the burner (which would be hazardous).
